Social Cohesion

Social Cohesion is the strength of relationships and the sense of solidarity among people who may be different, but choose to live, work, and thrive together.

Structural Compound

A Structural Compound is a carefully engineered mixture of human competencies, leadership practices, values, and behaviors that become stronger together than they could ever become independently. It is the organizational mortar that binds principles into daily practice.

Inclusion Intelligence
