Inclusion Intelligence

Inclusion Intelligence is the ability to include, value and learn from others' perspectives. It makes you more aware, more capable and more effective.

The rule is simple: the more you engage authentically, the more intelligent you become. Interaction IQ is a capability that compounds.

Why it matters

Inclusion framed as intelligence is not a favor to anyone — it is how a mind gets bigger and how decisions get better.

In practice

  • A design team invites the people who will actually use the product before it is built.
  • A leader treats the dissenting voice as the cheapest risk assessment they will ever get.
