Growth and Empowerment

Growth is deliberate: character, skill and resilience are built through repetition, feedback and honest reflection.

Empowerment turns leadership outward — lifting others, sharing opportunity, and building people who can lead without you.

Why it matters

The final test of leadership is not what you accomplished, but who became capable because of you.

In practice

  • A senior trains their replacement rather than protecting their role.
  • A student mentors a freshman through the process nobody explained to them.
